Jamie Pryor - Director

BA Hons, Dip Creative Min, Dip Business Mgt, Cert IV Training and Assessment

Jamie has a passion to help people realise God’s dream for their lives whether in Christian ministry or in the workplace. He has been the prominent thrust behind the college’s growth building networks both across Australia and internationally.

Jamie also has a passion for the arts, Christian character formation and understanding and influencing contemporary culture. His personal ministry has evolved with an international focus having undertaken preaching, teaching, prayer,music and creative worship activities across a range of countries in recent years.

Liz Packard - Academic Administration

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Liz has been working with Unity College for a number of years in both part and full time capacities. She is responsible for academic and government registration matters and supports the processing of international students across multiple campuses.

Ursula White - Development Officer

B Sc,, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Ursula works national office team and undertakes contract management, government reporting and various development tasks.  She also  trains in the area of music and IT.

Sue Marks - Executive Officer

Dip Visual Arts, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Sue has been working in both a teaching and administrative capacity in vocational education and training for a number of years. She enjoys networking with people and has a passion for visual arts especially in the prophetic.

John Mraz - Consultancy and Internal Audit 

Cert IV in Training and Assessment

John is one of these people who enjoys systems and processes and helping others to do a better job in this area. John works part time in assisting us in meeting our government obligations including traveling to do audits around Australia with our partner campuses. John also oversees the RTO function for Youth with a Mission Australia wide.

Jack Donovan - Consultancy

BSc, BA, Grad Dip Professional Communications (Media), Dip. Community Services (Christian Ministry), Cert IV in Training and Assessment

Jack has had many years in professional training, management and consultancy roles. He assists the college in a range of different activities including course development, government relations and training. He also has a passion for cross-cultural ministry and has visited Russia on a number of occasions.

Jillian Pryor - Principal

BEd (Music), Cert IV Training and Assessment

Jillian has spent her life in teaching & music education at secondary and university levels as well as worship ministry. She has experience in worship leading, musicianship, keyboard and other instruments. Together with her husband and Director of Unity College Australia, Jamie, she formed a city-wide network in Canberra in the area of worship and the arts and has extensive experience in event management, having coordinated many concerts, conferences and worship events.

Jillian’s training areas include Worship & Arts Studies, Musicianship and Arranging, Song Writing, Keyboard and Band. She has a desire to see people of all ages develop their music skills for use in both worship ministry and outreach and has led and trained church bands, including youth bands.

Jillian has also coordinated and led a number of cross-cultural mission trips to indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. She has a strong interest in seeing students have opportunity to put classroom training into practice in their own lives and in reaching out to the community.

Mick Brown - Academic Dean

BTheology, BA, Certificate IV Training and Assessment

Mick, an ordained minister, worked in local church ministry for 18 years and has a passion for the church to move outside its four walls. He has extensive experience in equipping the saints for the work of ministry and is an experienced worship leader. He has also led overseas missions trips, facilitated pastor’s gatherings and recorded CDs of his original music.

Sharon Winslade - ESL Training

MA TESOL, Certificate IV Training and Assessment

Sharon coordinates our ESL program and has extensive experience in ESL training having taught ESL both in Australia and China.Mary Ridley - Office Manager   

Roma Hosking - Mentoring & Christian Growth

Roma has spent many years in Christian leadership as a pastor and mentor. More recently she undertook a successful church plant which she led for 10 years. Roma has a strong discipleship and mentoring gift, and has mentored numbers of significant leaders in Australian society and the Christian church today.

Mary Ridley - Office Manager

BA Music Education, Cert IV in Training & Assessment

Mary has extensive experience in the administrative sides of Christian Ministry having coordinated administration and event management for the School of Music Ministries International in the USA as well as being the office manager at a YWAM base. She has worked closely with Jimmy & Carol Owens and Paul Baloche and has coordinated short-term schools in the USA, Singapore and Australia. Mary is responsible for student accounts, office management and administrative staff training and does some vocal tuition.

George Lundy - Mentoring & Christian growth, IT support

Diploma of Teaching, Diploma of Ministry, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Advanced Diploma in Electronic Design and Digital Imaging, Certificate II in Desktop Publishing 

George has many years experience both as a teacher and a mentor. His passion is to see people released into their full potential in Christ. George also provides IT support to the college.

The College also employs about 40 trainers and tutors drawn from local church pastors, gifted teachers and experts in the creative arts field.

Due to the open approach of Unity College, students have a wide range of opportunities to receive teaching and ministry from many gifted national and international leaders, worship leaders, Christian artists and bands.
