Unity College’s Training and Assessment program will ensure you are fully qualified to develop, deliver and assess training programs in your workplace, community organisation or church. As a qualified trainer you will be recognised right around Australia for your competency. The program is able to be delivered flexibly to suit you or your organisation’s requirements.

Courses available:

Fast-track Full Course:

These courses are run in a fast-track format for people who already have relevant experience in training and/or management. It will also suit people who have a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and need to refresh their skills.

Crossgrades from Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104):

Two different short course crossgrades are offered for people needing to upgrade from TAA40104 to the latest qualification. The selection of the appropriate crossgrade will depend on the units of competency studied in the TAA40104 qualification. For more information see the pdf link below.

2 or 9 or 16 June, Saturday 9:30am – 12:30pm or 1:30 – 4:30pm:

Fastrack Upgrade from Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training:

A one day intensive for people who have the Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training and substantial current training experience - evidence to be provided. This course is primarily assessment based.

23 or 30 June, Saturday 9:30am – 5:00pm

Closing date for Applications: 2 weeks prior to start of fast-track full course; 1 week prior to one/two day intensives. Late applications will be considered where sufficient numbers have already been received to run a course.
